Lessons in Frisco
Simply Music piano lessons are available at Childlight Music, located near the intersection of Coit and Main in Frisco. Lessons at the Frisco location are taught by Kathy Kiger.

I started with traditional piano lessons in the second grade. Then in 6th grade I started playing flute. I loved flute and really excelled in it. After years of lessons and classes and summer camps I decided to major in music. So, I went to SMU in Dallas and became a flute major. After earning my Bachelor's Degree, I moved to Los Angeles and got my Masters from USC.
I have taught just about everything - private flute, group flute, private piano, group piano, music theory, recorder, music history, public school and now I homeschool my own children. I also teach childbirth classes in the Bradley Method®. Once I even taught an Oscar-winning actress how to look like she was playing flute for a movie.
Then I discovered Simply Music through a music teacher's yahoo group. I fell in love with it from the very beginning. I took piano as a child and then again in college, but never felt I was very good at it. When I started the Simply Music program that totally changed. Within just a couple of weeks I was able to just sit down and play piano without having to read a page of music, and it was fun. Through this program I have discovered that one of my favorite things in life is to play piano and sing along. I never thought I could do that before I found Simply Music.
Now I have the opportunity to share this program with others. I have the tools to help everyone find their "inner musician," even those who are convinced that they don't have a musical bone in their body.
